2018-2019年，鈞啟領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力研習(xí)社與全球排名第一的國(guó)際郵輪公司 - 皇家加勒比持續(xù)合作，作為皇家加勒比（中國(guó)）船務(wù)公司的培訓(xùn)中心外包服務(wù)商為其全程規(guī)劃了年度培訓(xùn)方案，搭建了培訓(xùn)課程體系并進(jìn)行了專(zhuān)業(yè)的管理和實(shí)施。

     From 2018 to 2019, JLDS continued its collaboration with Royal Caribbean International, one of the world's top-ranked international cruise companies. Serving as the outsourcing provider for Royal Caribbean International (China) training center, JLDS attentively planned the annual training program, established a systematic comprehensive curriculum, and carried out professional management and implementation.

     The collaboration encompassed multiple dimensions, including leadership, management succession, sales, and service. It received unanimous praise from senior executives and participants, and JLDS was invited to participate in the RC's annual conference for two consecutive years.
