2018年,鈞啟領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力研習(xí)社為快速發(fā)展的電商行業(yè)企業(yè)-奮博集團(tuán)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)施了面向企業(yè)中層管理人員及其儲(chǔ)備人才的“橙才計(jì)劃”。
In 2018, JLDS designed and launched its authentic “Chengcai Program” for Fenbo Industries Ltd., a rapidly growing e-commerce company, targeting its mid-level managers and their potential successors.
首先,通過(guò)充分的前期調(diào)研,確定了包括高效對(duì)話、打造團(tuán)隊(duì)、項(xiàng)目管理和問(wèn)題解決等四個(gè)關(guān)鍵主題并進(jìn)行了課程設(shè)計(jì)。
Firstly, Extensive preliminary research was conducted to identify four key themes, including effective communication, team building, project management, and problem-solving. These themes were then incorporated into the course design.
其次,通過(guò)體驗(yàn)式項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了參訓(xùn)人員的測(cè)評(píng)和甄選,選拔了17名學(xué)員加入計(jì)劃,接受培訓(xùn)。在為期9個(gè)月的培訓(xùn)過(guò)程中,運(yùn)用了包括課堂培訓(xùn)、導(dǎo)師輔導(dǎo)、伙伴支持、作業(yè)點(diǎn)評(píng)等一系列方法,對(duì)學(xué)員進(jìn)行培養(yǎng)。
Secondly, a selection process was carried out through experiential projects to assess and choose participants. 17 individuals were selected to join the program and receive training. Over a 9-month period, JLDS employed various methods such as contextual training, mentorship, peer support, and assignment reviews to nurture the participants’ ability.
項(xiàng)目結(jié)束后,大多數(shù)學(xué)員得到了晉升,成為了企業(yè)核心骨干,項(xiàng)目也得到了公司高層的充分認(rèn)可和好評(píng),并于次年設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)施了進(jìn)階培訓(xùn)“橙英計(jì)劃”。
Upon completion of the program, the majority of the participants received promotions and became essential assets to the company. Chengcai Program received high recognition and positive feedback from Fenbo’s senior management. Consequently, the following year, a more advanced training program, the “Chengying Program” was created and implemented.
