2020-2021年，鈞啟領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力研習(xí)社為云南亦徳實業(yè)提供組織建設(shè)和企業(yè)發(fā)展的咨詢服務(wù)。
From 2020 to 2021, JLDS provided organizational development and consulting services to Yunnan Yide Industrial Ltd.
期間，幫助公司梳理了企業(yè)文化，明確了發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，重建了人力資源中心并選聘了專業(yè)人才，調(diào)整了組織結(jié)構(gòu)，對薪酬制度進行了改革，開設(shè)并實施了經(jīng)理人培訓(xùn)班，為高管提供了一對一的教練式輔導(dǎo)...提供了眾多的建設(shè)性意見和建議。
During which we assisted the company refining its corporate culture, clarifying its development strategy in multiple aspects. Among which JLDS particularly supported Yide in reconstructing its HR department, hiring professional talents, adjusting the organizational structure, reforming the compensation system, and implementing a managerial training program. JLDS also offered one-on-one coaching to executives and provided numerous constructive suggestions and recommendations.

The program received high praises and unanimous positive feedback from senior management and executives from various levels. Dr. Bi, JLDS chief advisor was hired as Yide’s CHO to assist the organization in implementing organizational changes and driving the execution of strategies in a more direct fashion.
